3wheeler submerged! Can I change oil gas and gas without disembling crank case?

3-wheeler was driven into pond and submerged fer 30 min. We drained the oil and gas also removed the carburetor to clean. Is it possible to drain and clean what I've described above, or do I need to get internal.
