Too soon to move in with him?

I have been engaged to my fiancee for about 2 months,we've been together officially for about 5 months. We have known each other for about 5 years. I currently still live with my mother. I dont know how I feel about moving in with him without being married so Im still with my mom. But I will only stay with my mother for another 6 months since I signed a lease with her and I help pay for the 2 bedroom duplex. By the time the lease is up we'll have been together for about a year and I am planning on moving in with him then. We may go ahead to the JOP before and get married before I move in and have a family wedding later. Do you think its too quick?
