Embared To Get Tested For Dyscalculia?

I'm really embared to be tested for Dyscalculia! I think i might have it but i am a VERY shy person and i dont know who to ask and what to do about it. I don't want to tell anybody because if i end up not having it, its going to seem like i was making it up to get out of doing work or something. I am 12 years old and i am GREAT in all my other subjects but math is just REALLY difficult. I looked all over the internet for symptoms and it seems i have most if not all!! If i do have it will i be in special ED? Because i know that people with dyslexia are. What Should I do Please Help!!
