How hard is it to get your Ph.D. once you have your Masters?

Extremely hard depending on what your getting your PH.D on.This becomes your life for the next two to three years. But very well worth the hard work and time. Im working on mine right now for psychical therapy. And it takes up 80-85 percent of my life right now but only one more year!
