Isn't it time for a Global Task Force to be created by UN to service UNSC orders?

If a Global task force is already available. internal disagreement among Nato members is unlikely to be so obvious for any one country to try and take advantage of like Gaddafi is trying to do. That self appointed Libyan Leader is like a can of tomatoes which has gone p it's usable date. He need to go. And I believe it is a big fat failure of the Coalition effort if he survives. It is time everyone understand that Country's interests is a greater interest for any country's leader than a tribal ones. What do you think?
