It has been announced that fishing stocks might be depleted by 2048. Has the EC fishing Policy worked?

no.........it is not working.a complete rethink is needed.quotas are a joke.i noticed many undersized fish for sale in France!!in Spain the mesh size appears to be ignored!!it appears to be yet another example of EU.unworkable regulations.
