Sweetheart, you need help big time. Ring the domestic violence helpline and they will get a support worker to come and visit you. You can meet at a cafe or even on a street corner. Women's Aid are good for this too. You can be any age I think. It would help to see a counsellor too. They can put you in touch with these or talk to your doctor if you can hun but PLEASE do something! Get away from your mother ~ you are still getting abused from her and it is doing you no good. They could also put you in a refuge and help you to build your sef esteem. Read You can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay (from library, ebay, cheap bookshop). Louise Hay was abused and tells how she changed her life and got away. This lady is fantastic ~ she kept using positive affirmations and changed her life ~ this lady is so happy, you wouldn't believe how she turned her life around hun. It really works.
