Where to have our wedding reception in Portsmouth. Ideas please x?

We want somewhere for our 2012 wedding reception. We would like it open plan so people can dance. we understand it will be costy but we would like as low as poss.... willing to go hi in price for the perfect venu. Ideas please. xxx
