Should i go to college for 4 years?

Before i was thinking of moving out. But now i said why bother if i have everything i need at my moms house. I have my own room, good food everyday,swimming pool and a backyard playground. Which is great for my 1 yr old son. I don't have to pay rent during college semesters. But only $200 in the summer. The thing is I was wondering should i even be going to school for 4 years? I really feel like nursing school is going to be forever. But If anything happens to my mom , i get the house. So i was thinking theres really no point of going to school if i already have a home. I was thinking maybe ill just go for 1 yr to be and lpn. And if later i need more money then ill get my ociates and so on. What should i do in my situation? Right now i just want to work full time and go to school part time. Its kinda hard going to school fulltime with a baby.
