What do you do when your moral obligations conflict?

There comes a time when the roles reverse and the child has to become the parent. For the good of Grandma and for her safety, she needs to be where she can be cared for - isted living, move in with a family member, what ever. She may not like it, but it will be better than her getting into an accident where she and perhaps innocent bystanders get hurt, or killed. Grandma is probably not ever going to admit that she needs help.
